W. & J. Brophy, of Sydney, wrote to SMH that they saw a sign in a temple, during a visit to China, pointing out the disabled access -
Incomplete Persons Passage
They also cited this in a promotional brochure for a hotel in Kunming -
The staff of the hotel is always ready to warmly hospitalise any visitor to the hotel with thoughtful and considerable service.
While staying in a hotel in Guanzhou, a friend was puzzled by a sign posted in his hotel room -

Water boiled is good enough to drink
